Stemming from a goal to introduce students to a world of opportunities, Stephanie has spent her career developing new programs which have laid the foundation for Robotics and STEM programming in Carrollton Schools.  She is an advocate for a differentiated instruction approach to teaching in order to meet the individual needs of students.  With this passion for student learning, coupled with the belief that ALL students can learn, Stephanie understands the importance of making sure that teachers receive the support they need to offer the best classroom instruction possible.  She values the opportunity to meet with teachers to discuss concerns, analyze data, and develop solutions.  

To further the Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment work at Carrollton, staff members work together in District Leadership Teams, Building Leadership Teams, and Professional Learning Communities towards the goals of increasing student achievement and fostering College and Career Ready students.
